How Do I place an order?

What Forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, PayPal, Social House Boutique Gift Cards, and Social House Boutique Online Credit.
Is It Safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, to ensure your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information transmitted over the internet will remain unaltered and secure.
Do you charge sales tax?
We currently collect sales tax for orders shipped to Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Sales tax is assessed on all taxable items shipped to those states. If you are a resident of another state, you may owe tax on your purchase and are responsible for reporting and paying those taxes to your state's taxing authority.
How Do I Track My order?
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I Modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Here at Social House Boutique, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order.
If your order is in a pending status, we may be able to make modifications, shipping changes. or cancel your order. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require a change. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the contents of your package or the method of shipping. Address corrections may still be possible depending on the destination of the package. Additional fees may apply.
If I am missing a product from my order what do I do?
If you feel you have received a defective/damaged item or missing an item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at email@example.com
How do I get a promo code?
We offer many promotional codes on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. We also offer a 10% promo code for customers who sign up for our email. Like, follow, and sign up now to be the first to know about our sales and promotions!
What If the item I want is out of stock?
See something you like that's sold out? Sign up using the fields on the product page to be notified if an Out of Stock item comes back in; but until then, check out our site for daily updates and new products.
What happens if my order is undeliverable?
We want to sort out any issues with your order right away! If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
