Return and Exchange Policy:
How to Exchange:
We do not offer manual exchanges.
Please place a new order for your desired items. Re-package items for return and visit our online portal to obtain a return label. Original items must be sent back using our online portal. With your return, please note the new order number on the old packing slip. Once we receive the original exchange order in our warehouse, we will happily refund you the full eligible amount of your original order.

How to Return:
We are bummed that you are not 100% satisfied with the items that you received. We will gladly accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date.
Here’s what to do:
- Please click HERE to access the Return/Exchange portal. The portal will automatically identify if your items are eligible for an exchange and/or refund.
- After receiving return instructions, please package up the items to be returned with original packing slip. The portal will automatically supply you with a return label.
- Drop off your package at the Local Post Office and make sure to obtain/document your tracking number in case it does get lost on the way back to us.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we have received your package in our warehouse. Once return is processed, a store credit will be issued and e-mailed to you.
- Returns must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed and GamedayTags still attached.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without return approval.
- Statement (Boutique) Items and Jewelry are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Statement (Boutique) Items are eligible for store credit if returned within 10 days of purchase. Return must be initiated through the return portal on our website.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of the return shipping of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Gameday Couture, unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package.
This is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return. The correct return address will be listed on the return label supplied to you from our return portal.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you did not leave an email or input the wrong email, we are unable to send confirmation email.) We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.
It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note, this does not include holidays and weekends.
Orders typically arrive in less than 7-14 business days after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 3-7 business days. Standard orders are delivered by USPS Monday through Saturday.
Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays. Standard Shipping takes 7-14 business days to arrive and Expedited Shipping takes 2-5 business days. When your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number for that order.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If your order is lost in transit, misplaced or stolen , we will open an investigation with the USPS. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, Gameday Couture is not liable for the misplaced or stolen package.
