IMMUNE BOOSTING GREEN SMOOTHIE

    During a time like this, it’s so important to keep your immune system up. Here’s a healthy and creamy immune-boosting green smoothie made with 1% milk. Naturally sweetened with frozen fruit and packed with vitamins and antioxidants to help keep sickness at bay!INGREDIENTS:
    • kale and spinach in this recipe for a mega doses of vitamin C.
    • 1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale , packed tightly
    • ALMOND MILK OR 1% MILK
    • 2/3 cups frozen mix of mango,
    • 2/3 CUPS FRONZE pineapple

    DIRECTIONS :

    - Add all of your ingredients to the blender.

    - If you can, have the liquid closer to the blade (it helps it blend better)

    - Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy! You can always add additional sweetener depending on your preference. This smoothie is meant to be sweetened with the fruit - but you may want it sweeter!
