1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale , packed tightly
ALMOND MILK OR 1% MILK
2/3 cups frozen mix of mango,
2/3 CUPS FRONZE pineapple
- Add all of your ingredients to the blender.
- If you can, have the liquid closer to the blade (it helps it blend better)
- Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy! You can always add additional sweetener depending on your preference. This smoothie is meant to be sweetened with the fruit - but you may want it sweeter!
